摘要
新形势下,我国正处在体制转轨和社会转型的关键时期,基层民警在日常工作中面临着巨大压力。如何坚持以人为本,创新机制抓好基层民警的思想政治工作是一个值得我们深入探讨并亟需解决的重大课题。笔者结合自己的工作经历浅谈自己的几点看法。
Under the new situation,our country is occupying the system switch and the social reforming crucial phase,the basic unit police is facing the huge pressure in the routine work.How to insist humanist,the innovation mechanism pays special attention to the basic unit police's ideology political works is the important issue which is worth us discussing thoroughly and needs solving.The author unifies own employment history to discuss own several views shallowly.
