摘要
在社会转型期,因民意表达渠道不畅而引起的社会排斥正在成为社会常态,并日益对人们的心理和行为产生不良影响。作为战斗在维护社会稳定第一线的基层公安民警,也不能独善其身。因此,立足社会排斥的背景,结合公安民警的思想实际,分析基层公安民警思想政治工作面临的困境,探讨走出困境的基本对策,从而调动公安民警的积极性,发挥公安思想政治工作的威力,不仅是必要的,而且是非常有意义的。
