摘要
目的:观察加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗老年稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1-6月于笔者所在医院就诊的64例老年稳定型心绞痛患者作为观察组,同时选取52例老年稳定型心绞痛患者作为对照组。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗。疗程结束后,观察两组患者心绞痛临床疗效及心电图改善情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者心绞痛治疗总有效率明显高(95.3%vs 82.7%),心电图改善总有效率明显高(89.1%vs 75.0%),组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤在老年稳定型心绞痛中应用效果良好,能够明显缓解心绞痛症状,改善心电图,临床上值得应用。
Objective：To observe the curative efficacy of Modified Gualouxiebaibanxia Decoction in treating elderly patients with stable angina pectoris.Method：From January 2016 to June 2016,64 elderly patients with stable angina pectoris who received therapy in our hospital were selected as the observation group.At the same time,52 elderly patients with stable angina pectoris were selected as the control group.The control group was given routine treatments with Western medicine.Besides that,the observation group was given Modified Gualouxiebaibanxia Decoction additionally.Then,the curative efficacy of angina pectoris and improvement of electrocardiogram were compared between the two groups.Result：In comparison with the control group,the observation group had statistically higher total therapeutic efficacy ration of angina pectoris（95.3% vs 82.7%,P〈0.05） and higher total efficacy ration of electrocardiogram improvement（89.1% vs 75.0%）,there were significant differences in two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Modified Gualouxiebaibanxia Decoction is effective for elderly patients with stable angina pectoris.And it can significantly alleviate symptom of angina pectoris and improve electrocardiogram.
