摘要
目的观察稳心颗粒治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法选取2010年12月至2011年12月冠心病心绞痛患者74例,随机分为两组,对照组37例采用常规治疗,观察组37例在常规治疗基础上采用稳心颗粒治疗,对比两组的临床疗效及心电图改变情况。结果观察组的总有效率为75.68%,明显高于对照组的54.05%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组ST段平均下移和T波平均下移明显减少(P<0.05),观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效明显,可改善患者心电图状态,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect and safety of Wenxin Granules in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease. Methods 74 cases of angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease From December 2010 to December 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group （37 cases） was treated with routine therapy and on this basis the observation group（37 cases） was treated with Wenxin Granules. The clinical effective and electrocardiogram changes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 75.68% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 54. 05% in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the average ST segment depression and average T wave depression in the two group were significantly decreased（P 〈 0.05）. Moreover,the average ST segment depression and average T wave depression in the ob- servation group were significantly less than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ） . There was no severe adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Wenxin Granules has significant effect in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease, can improve the electrocardiogram status and deserves to be promoted in clinic.
