摘要
目的探讨利用小腿后侧胫后动脉穿支皮瓣联合持续负压吸引技术,治疗踝部骨折内固定术后钢板外露的临床疗效。方法 2015年11月至2016年9月,对9例踝部骨折内固定术后出现不同范围钢板外露的患者,术前采用持续负压引流技术进行创面准备,并设计胫后动脉穿支皮瓣,旋转覆盖钢板外露区。结果 9例患者术后均获得6个月——1年的随访,其中8例创面一期愈合,其中1例术后2周出现皮瓣边缘裂开,经负压引流10天后,伤口愈合,且随访8个月无复发。结论小腿后侧胫后动脉穿支皮瓣结合持续负压吸引技术治疗踝部骨折内固定术后钢板外露,方法简单可靠、创伤小、疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the treatment on posterior tibial artery perforator flap of the back of calf combined with VSD for plate exposure areas after ankle fracture fixation. Methods From Nov. 2015 to Sep. 2016,Nine patients with plate exposure after ankle fracture fixationat different range were treated. After the prepared woundby VSD technology,designed posterior tibial artery perforator flap to rotating coverthe plate exposure areas. Results 9 cases were followed up for 6 months to 1 years. Primary wound healing and satisfactory result was achieved in 8 cases except for one with partial flapedge splittreated by ten days-VSD after operation. Conclusion The method forthe treatment of plate exposure after ankle fracture fixationwith posterior tibial artery perforator flap of the back of calfand VSDis simple,little injury,and effective.
