摘要
目的:观察湿润烧伤膏对细胞毒性抗癌化疗药物所致皮肤损伤的治疗作用。方法:对28例细胞毒性抗癌化疗药物所致皮肤损伤创面全程采用湿润烧伤膏治疗。结果:创面于18天～49天愈合,未行植皮术治疗。结论:湿润烧伤膏与海普林软膏、依济复喷剂联合应用,可以促进细胞毒性抗癌化疗药物导致的皮肤损伤愈合。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating skin lesion caused by cytotoxinic chemotherapeutic agents. Method： 28 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO in the whole treating course. Result： The wounds healed in 18 to49 days. No skin grafting was needed. Conclusion： MEBO in association with Hai Pu Lin Ointment and Yi Ji Fu Spray can promote healing of the skin lesion caused by cytotoxinic chemotherapeutic agents.
