摘要 基于农业工程类卓越农林人才培养的要求,以"卓越农林人才教育培养计划"的改革试点项目建设为契机,通过革新培养模式、调整课程体系,优化人才培养方案、改革教学方法,开展探究式、讨论式、参与式、启发式、指导式教学模式改革,改革实践教学内容,丰富实践活动、建立校企联动联合人才培养体系等一系列的措施。实践表明,学生的科技创新能力明显提高,教学效果和人才培养效果显著提升。 The research is required the agricultural engineering innovative talents according to the construction of national excellent talent education reform project of the excellent talents in the field of the agriculture and forestry as an opportunity.And the research results will significantly be improved by the training mode innovation,the course system and the talent training scheme optimization,teaching methods reformation of the teaching method of inquiry,discussing,searching and instructional model,the practice teaching content reform,and the linkage between colleges and cooperative education between colleges and enterprises,and the results show that the scientific and technological innovation ability of the students has improved significantly,the teaching effects and the training effects are significantly increased.
