摘要
廉政治理是国家治理的重要组成部分,实现廉政治理离不开党风廉政建设责任制做保障。当前落实党风廉政建设"两个责任"存在一些问题,有必要将廉政治理理念导入党风廉政建设实践,进一步强化廉政治理理念,完善廉政治理权力结构,健全权力清单、责任清单、反腐倡廉法规体系,突出党风廉政建设的主体责任,创新纪检监察体制,加强责任追究,推行电子监察。
The governance of a clean and honest government is an important part of the national governance. Its achievement is inseparable from the guarantee of the responsibility system of the construction for clean and honest goverment. Currently, there are still some problems on the implementation of the ＂two responsibilities＂to be solved. Therefore,it is necessary to import the concept of clean and honest government governance into the practice of the construction for the ethos of the Party and the probity-government,further strengthen the concept of governance,improve the power structure,improve the power list,the list of responsibilities,anti-corruption laws and regulations system,highlight the main responsibility for the ethos of the Party and the probity-government,innovate inspection and supervision system,strengthening accountability,and implement electronic monitoring.
