摘要
通过对传统Wilkinson功率分配器和四分之一波长阻抗变换线进行分析,研究并设计了一种微带线Wilkinson一分八功分器。对设计的功率分配器进行ADS和HFSS协同仿真,通过比较仿真和测试结果,两者基本一致,在15.75GHz^16.25GHz频率范围内端口驻波比小于1.4,在16.25GHz^16.75GHz频率范围内端口驻波比小于1.4,端口隔离度大于21dB,插损小于0.7dB。
By analyzing the traditional Wilkinson power divider and quarter impedance transformer,a microstrip Wilkinson power divider is researched and designed.The designed power divider is simulated based on ADS and HFSS.By compared simulating and testing,the results of ADS and HFSS reach consensus.From 15.75 GHz to 16.25 GHz frequency range,the port VSWR is less than 1.4.From 16.25 GHz to 16.75 GHz frequency range,the port VSWR is less than 1.4,the isolation is more than 21 dB,insertion loss is less than 0.7dB.
