摘要
微带功分/功合器被广泛应用于大功率射频微波电路合成技术中,本文在分析常规二路功分/功合器的基础上,通过结构改进与仿真优化,设计出了二阶的小型一分四宽带功分/功合器。仿真结果与实际制版的功分/功合器测试结果基本吻合,满足了设计指标要求。本文的四路功分/功合器对二阶宽带多路功分/功合器及其小型化的设计有较好的借鉴作用。
Micro-strip power dividers/combiners are widely used in high-power radio frequency microwave power combining technology.Based on the analysis of conventional 1-2 power dividers/combiners,a miniature broadband 2-step 1-4 power divider/combiner was designed through structure improving and simulation optimizing.The simulation results are consistent with the testing results and can meet the requirements.The obtained divider/combiner is helpful to the design of broadband 2-step 1- multiple divider/combiner and the devices miniaturization.
