摘要
通过室内实验研究和现场实施应用,研究气田深井聚磺钻屑的资源化利用。聚磺钻屑无害化处理后制成的铺路基土、免烧砖经检测,浸出液的COD、石油类、色度等指标均达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准要求;免烧条石达到了GB/T 8239—2014《普通混凝土小型砌块》要求,28d后抗压强度≥10MPa;该工艺有利于钻井废弃物的减量化、资源化、无害化利用的循环经济模式,可以降低石油天然气勘探开发过程中钻井废弃物的环保风险。
This Paper studies resourceful treatment technology of polysulfonate deep drilling wastes from gas field.Laboratory test and field application proved that this technology has realized the resource utilization of polysulfonate deep drilling wastes.The COD,petroleum oil and chroma indicators of the leaching liquid of roadbed and bakingfree brick which were made from polysulfonate deep drilling wastes could meet the first grade requirements in 'Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard'(GB 8978─1996).The baking-free brick met the requirements in the standard of'Normal concrete small brick'.The 28-day compressive strength of the brick was greater than10 MPa.This technology demonstrates a circular economy pattern,which can decrease the environment risk of drilling wastes produced in petroleum and natural exploration
