摘要
从理论研究及现场实践看,进一步提高钻井液化学抑制能力受到传统技术手段的制约。受阳离子表面活性剂能够高效率稳定黏土矿物的启发,研究人员开始将研究的重点转至如何提高钻井液连续相电位这一技术问题上来。目前,将钻井液阳离子化在技术上是可行的,并收到了良好的效果,但如何进一步提高钻井液的阳离子化程度,使其在功能上逐渐接近正电钻井液体系,则有待于进一步的研究。从聚磺钻井液体系阳离子化入手,探讨了形成阳离子聚磺钻井液体系的方法,并以部分井的施工实践为依据,分析了阳离子聚磺钻井液体系的适用性,对现场钻井液技术操作具有一定的指导作用和借鉴价值。
The improvement of chemical inhibition of drilling fluids was limited by traditional tech- niques in terms of theory research and field application. While, the research was focused on how to increase the continuous phase potential of drilling fluids in consideration of cationic surfactant' s ability to keep clay stabilization efficiently. The cationic ionization is feasible and has got a good result, but there is a problem on how to further improve the degree of ionization to make it close to positive-charged drilling mud system. Starting with the cationic ionization of the polysulfonate system, this paper discussed how to form the cationic polysulfonate system. Based field application, the applicability of the system was analyzed.
