低频超声治疗动脉粥样硬化性大脑中动脉狭窄的急性脑梗死临床研究

摘要 目的:分析低频超声治疗动脉粥样硬化性大脑中动脉狭窄的急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:选取我院收201 4年2月~201 5年9月治动脉粥样硬化性大脑中动脉狭窄的急性脑梗死患者64例,随机分为观察组(n=31)和对照组(n=33),对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组加用低频超声治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:低频超声治疗动脉粥样硬化性大脑中动脉狭窄的急性脑梗死效果良好,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of low frequency ultrasound in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in paG tients with atherosclerotic middle cerebral artery stenosis.Methods 64 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from FebG ruary 2014 to September 201 5 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=31)and control group (n=33).The conG trol group was given routine drug treatment,the observation group was treated with low frequency ultrasound,we compared the treatG ment effect of the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the differG ence was statistically significant (P〈0.05);No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Low frequency ultrasound in the treatment of atherosclerotic middle cerebral artery stenosis in patients with acute cereG bral infarction effect is good,it is worth promoting.
