摘要
目的探讨持续质量改进模式（CQI）对ICU护士用药管理的影响。方法选择2015年8月-2016年8月我院ICU收治的480例患者作为研究组,选择2014年7月-2015年7月我院ICU收治的478例患者作为对照组。对照组采取常规ICU用药管理方案,研究组在此基础上应用CQI干预。结果研究组ICU患者不合理用药的发生率为0.42%,低于对照组2.93%（P〈0.05）。研究组行为规范、安全改进、护理技能、主动服务各项护理质量评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。研究组护理总满意率为99.38%,高于对照组96.03%（P〈0.05）。结论 CQI对ICU护士用药具有显著的促进作用,有效保证了用药安全性。
Objective To study the model of continuous quality improvement（CQI） effects on ICU nurses medication management. Methods 480 cases of patients admitted in ICU of our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the study group, and 478 cases of patients admitted in ICU of our hospital from July 2014 to July 2014 were selected as control group. Patients in control group were treated with general ICU medical management. Patients in study group were treated with CQI intervention on the basis of general ICU medical management. Results The incidence of irrational use of ICU in the study group was 0.42%, which was lower than that in the control group with 2.93%（ P〈0.05）. The team norms, safety to improve the quality of care, nursing skills and initiative service score of study group were higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）. The care overall satisfaction rate of study group was 99.38%, which was higher than that of control group with 96.03%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CQI medicine has significant role in promoting the ICU nurses. It effectively guarantees the safety of drugs.
