摘要
为解决退役机床再制造过程中存在的技术、经济、环境问题,提出了面向再制造数控机床绿色模块化设计方法。综合考虑再制造难度、经济成本、环境等方面影响因素,对数控机床零部件相关性进行分析,建立数控机床零部件间模糊关联矩阵。运用模糊动态聚类,实现数控机床模块划分。在分析影响数控机床再制造因素的基础上,建立拆卸复杂度、模块内零部件关联度、模块间关联度三个评价指标,进而确定最优模块划分方案。最后,通过实例验证了论文提出数控机床模块划分方法的可行性。
To solve the problems of technical, economic and environmental existed in the process of waste products remanufacturing, green modular design method for remanufacturing CNC machine tools is put forward. Considering remanufacturing, environmental and economic factors, the division criterion of product module for remanufacturing is established, the fuzzy relation matrix model is constructed, and divide the NC machine tool module though the fuzzy dynamic clustering method. On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of NC machine tool remanufacturing, establish three evaluation indicators which containing re-manufacturing reuse degree, remanufacturing complexity, coupling degree between modules,and then the optimal solution set of module division plan is gained.The example of upscale CNC machine tools module partition shows that the method is effective and feasible.
