摘要
将复杂网络应用于大批量定制的产品模块化评价领域。提出了分层的产品模块划分方法、产品尺寸编码方法,以及模块化产品尺寸约束关系网络的构建方法,建立了基于产品主结构和主模型的产品尺寸约束关系网络。提出了产品模块化系数计算方法以及基于产品模块化系数的模块化程度评价方法。以减速器产品为例,对所提出的这些方法进行了验证。
Applying complex network to product modularization field, a module disassembling method of products was proposed. A coding method of dimensions of product was proposed. A method of how to construct dimension correlative relation network was presented, and a network of dimension correlative relation based on main model and main structure of product was constructed. A method of how to calculate the modularization coefficient of product was proposed, and an evaluation method of modularization grade of product was obtained. As an example, all methods were applied to gear--box product, and the methods were verified.
