摘要
为了评估北方农牧交错区奶牛舍的空气环境质量,试验对内蒙古西部农牧交错区大型双坡式奶牛舍内外夏冬两季空气环境质量进行监测与评价。结果表明:夏冬两季舍内NH3含量及微生物数量均显著高于舍外(P<0.05),冬季舍内CO2含量显著高于舍外(P<0.05),但均未超过卫生学标准,其他各项空气环境指标也符合卫生学标准。说明该种奶牛舍夏冬季节空气环境可满足奶牛生产需要,夏季时可加强粪便清理工作,以减少微生物和NH3产生。
In order to evaluate the air environment quality of dairy cow house in the northern farming - pastoral transition area, experiments were taken in western Inner Mongolia to monitor and evaluate the air environment quality indexes inside and outside the large dual - slope type dairy house both in summer and winter. The results showed that the content of NH3 and microbe numbers inside were significantly higher than those outside in the two seasons （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the content of CO2 inside was significantly higher than that outside in winter （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but both results didnl exceed the hygienic standard. And the other indexes all meet with hygienic standard. It can be concluded that the air environment of dairy cow house could meet the basic requirements of dairy cow production in summer and winter. There should be more work done on cleaning the manure to decrease population of microbes and NH3 in summer.
