摘要
袁士良教授在辨治幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎方面经验丰富,见解独到,常以整体辨证结合"清化"论治。认为幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的中医证型有肝胃不和证、脾胃湿热证、脾胃虚弱证、胃阴不足证,其中以脾胃湿热证最多见,脾胃虚弱证次之,二者相兼者亦多见,肝胃不和及胃阴不足少见,其中各个证型均可兼夹胃络瘀血证。治疗以清化论治,常用香砂六君子汤合黄连温胆汤为主加减治疗该病的脾胃虚弱证及脾胃湿热证,或二者合方加减治疗相兼病证。

YUAN division summary about helicobacter pylori gastritis correlation of TCM syndrome types have liver stomach with syndrome, spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome, spleen and stomach weak syndrome, stomach yin deficiency syndrome, the most common of which spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome, stomach yin deficiency syndrome second, these two syndromes staggered also common to each other, rare liver stomach with syndrome and stomach yin deficiency syndrome, where each type can clamp and gastric collateral blood stasis syndrome. Treatment based on purification differentiation, commonly used Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combinated Huanglian Wendan Decoction primarily to treatment the disease of the spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome, stomach yin deficiency syndrome, or two prescriptions and add and subtract treatment of disease.
