摘要
为了探索水剂比对静态破碎效果的影响,配制0.28、0.32、0.35 3种不同水剂比的静态破碎剂,通过电测法测试38、48 mm 2种不同直径的钢管试件中静态破碎剂产生的膨胀压力。试验结果:静态破碎剂产生的最大膨胀压力随着水剂比的减小而增大,且最小水剂比不能低于0.28;从注浆口至钢管底部,随着距离的增加静态破碎剂产生的最大膨胀压力相应增大。
In order to study the influences of water agent ratio one static cracking effect, three different water agent ratio-0.28, 0.32, 0.35 of static cracking agent was used in test, and tested the swelling pressure of two different diameter-38 mm,48 mm of steel pipe test specimen produced by static cracking agent through the method of electric resistance strain gauge. The results of the test are as follows:the biggest swelling pressure produced by static cracking agent is increased with total water agent ratio decreased, and the minimum water agent ratio can not be less than 0.28, from the grouting port to the bottom of the steel pipe, the biggest swelling pressure produced by static cracking agent increases with the increase of distance.
