摘要
追踪和比较北京大学人民医院八年制临床医学专业学生进入第二阶段培养即住院医师轮转期间的表现,分析探讨临床见习和实习阶段模拟教学课程改革的成效和未来改进的方向,从而就模拟教学师资队伍建设、病例教案设计、高端智能模拟人系统应用开发等方面提出具体意见和建议.
Based on the task performance in the period of resident standardized training for eight-year clinical medical students in Peking University People＆#39;s Hospital,the effect and future direction of SBME reform inprobation stage were explored.Then some suggestions were proposed from some aspects,namely,the development of the teaching staff,the preparation of scenariocase,the application of high fidelity patient simulation.
