摘要
随着科技的进步和文化教育的发展,健康管理的重心正在从医院向家庭和社区转移,从疾病的治疗向疾病的预防转变。基于微信平台的延续护理的研究目前正受到各学科的重视,现就我国基于微信平台的延续护理的研究进展做一综述,总结其应用效果和存在的问题。
With development of economy,science and technology and development of culture and education, thefocus of health management was shifting from hospital to family and community,from disease treatment to dis-ease prevention. Research on continuity of care based on WeChat platform was being paid attention to,this paperreviewed research progress on continuity of care based on WeChat platform in China, and summarized applica-tion effect and existing problems.
