摘要
通过对1089例普外科出院病人实行电话访视,认为主要存在以下4个问题:(1)联系电话的缺陷;(2)回访内容缺乏专科性,重点不突出;(3)相关知识缺乏;(4)回访时间不恰当。针对上述问题,采取了5点措施:(1)完善填写病人资料;(2)出院时建立病人档案;(3)加强业务学习,提高自身素质;(4)选择恰当时机回访;(5)回访时注意几个问题。通过改正,回访率达93%,对树立医院形象起到了积极的作用。
Through telephone visit of 1 809 discharged patients of general surgery, the author summarized 4 existing problems: (1)the defect of telephone contact;(2)the visit content lacking of specialized clinic and focus;(3)lacking of relevant knowledge; (4)improper visit time. Aiming at the above problems, the following 5 measures were taken:(1)perferting completing patients' files;(2)establishing patients' file after discharge;(3)enhancing professional study and improve personal quality;(4)choosing right time for visiting;(5)paying attention to some other follow up problems. After correction, the rate of follow up reached to 93%, which played an important role in setting up hospital's good image.
