摘要
目的探讨分级护理联合自我管理对胃癌患者根治术后感染及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选取2014年10月至2015年10月凉山州第一人民医院收治的84例胃癌根治术患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组患者在常规对症护理基础上采用分级护理联合自我管理,对照组患者采用常规对症护理。比较两组患者术后的感染情况、癌因性疲乏程度、睡眠质量和护理满意率。结果护理干预后,观察组患者的术后感染发生率明显低于对照组患者;观察组患者的无癌因性疲乏比例显著高于对照组患者;观察组患者的睡眠质量明显高于对照组患者;观察组患者的护理满意率显著高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论分级护理联合自我管理可有效改善胃癌根治术患者的术后感染情况及癌因性疲乏,改善睡眠质量,提高护理满意率。
Objective To explore the effects of grading nursing combined with self-management on postoperative infection and cancer-related fatigue in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods Eighty-four patients treated with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 42 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were given grading nursing combined with self-management on this basis of symptomatic nursing and patients in the control group were given conventional symptomatic nursing. Postoperative infection,cancerrelated fatigue degree,sleep quality and the nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing intervention,postoperative infection rate was visibly lower in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Ratio of non-cancer-related fatigue was dramatically higher in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Sleep quality was distinctly higher in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Grading nursing combined with selfmanagement can effectively improve postoperative infection,cancer-related fatigue,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction rate in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
