摘要
合理设置采场结构参数是矿山企业需解决的技术难题。以大新锰矿西北采区+340 m中段的采矿工程为背景,采用Mathew图法验核现有采场设计参数的合理性,优化了采场结构参数。研究结果为:1矿山矿柱尺寸选取合理,能够保证开采安全;2矿块斜长为60 m时,Ⅰ矿与Ⅱ、Ⅲ矿的矿房沿走向的极限宽度理论计算值分别为13.5,10.8 m;建议在今后采矿设计中矿房宽度取9 m;3合理布置西北采区Ⅱ、Ⅲ矿矿柱与Ⅰ矿矿房采空区位置,使之达到上下对应,减少矿柱不合理布置带来的安全隐患。
How to set the parameters of stope structure more reasonably is a technical problem that the mining enterprises need to solve. With mining engineering in +340 m of northeast mining area as the background, the rationality of existing stope design parameters with Mathew method is checked, and stope structure parameters are optimized. The study result shows:① Reasonable mine pillar size can ensure the safety of mining; ②Under the condition that ore plagioclase is 60 m, the calculation value of the width limit theory in Ⅰ, Ⅱ , Ⅲ mine stope along ore body trend is 13.5 m,and 10.8 m. It is suggested that the room width is set as 9 m in future mining design. ③The reasonable arrangement of the Northwest Mining Area Ⅱ, ⅢI mineral pillar and 1 mine goaf makes them corresponding, so as to reduce the hidden trouble caused by unreasonable layout of pillar.
