护理本科生客观结构化临床考试中的问题分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析实习初期护理本科生在客观结构化临床考试出科考试中出现的问题。方法采用客观结构化临床考试方式对41名护理本科实习生进行出科考核,分为护理评估、护理诊断、制订护理计划、护理实施、护理评价、健康教育6个考站。分析实习生在各个考站的成绩分布及常见问题。结果学生出科考试考官和标准化病人评分分别为(77.8±7.2)分和(83.5±7.0)分。在查体和护理计划2个考站的成绩相对较低。结论学生在查体和护理计划方面有待提高。应进一步改进带教方法,创造实践机会,鼓励学生多思考,加强学生临床实践能力、临床思维能力的培养。 Objective To analyze the problems in objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) among undergraduate nursing students at the early stage of clinical practice. Methods OSCE was applied in the examination of clinical practice among 41 undergraduate nursing students. Six examination stations were set up,including nursing assessment,diagnosis,planning,implementation,evaluation and health education. The test scores and problems in each station were analyzed. Results The overall average score rated by examiners and standardized patients were(77.8±7.2) and(83.5±7.0),respectively. The test scores were relatively lower in the perspectives of physical assessment and planning. Conclusion The skills of physical assessment and planning need to be further improved among undergraduate nursing students. It is suggested to further reform clinical teaching method,create more practical opportunities and encourage students to think deeply to promote the training of students' practical ability and clinical thinking.
