摘要
现如今,由于我国应用型人才的稀缺,对产学研合作的要求逐步增加,企业研究生工作站发展迅速,相应地也产生了一些问题。本文就如何评价企业导师、校内导师的教学效果和学生在读期间的科研成果做出描述,从而促进企业研究生工作站的进一步发展。
