摘要
目的探讨Survivin和Bax在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达及其意义。方法用ELISA法检测40例子宫肌瘤组织及其周边肌肉组织中Survivin和Bax蛋白含量。结果子宫肌瘤组织中Survivin蛋白含量为(310.78±25.93)ng·L-1,高于周边肌肉组织的(186.09±23.31)ng·L-1(P<0.01);子宫肌瘤组织中Bax蛋白含量为(19.05±2.73)μg·L-1,低于周边肌肉组织的(33.46±3.48)μg·L-1(P<0.01)。单发子宫肌瘤和多发子宫肌瘤组织中Survivin和Bax含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子宫肌瘤组织中Survivin和Bax表达呈负相关(r=-0.893,P<0.001)。结论凋亡调节因子Survivin、Bax与子宫肌瘤的发生和发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of survivin and Bax in uterine leiomyomas. Methods The levels of survivin and Bax protein were detected by ELISA in 40 uterine leiomyoma and surrounding smooth muscle tissues. Results The content of survivin protein in uterine leiomyoma tissues was higher than that in surrounding smooth muscle tissues ((310.78q-25.93) ng·L-^1 vs (186.09±23.31)ng·L^-1 , P〈0.01). However, the content of Bax protein in uterine leiomyoma tissues was lower than that in surrounding smooth muscle tissues ((19. 05±2. 73) ng·L^-1 vs (33. 46±3. 48) ng·L^-1, P〈0. 01). There were no significant differences in levels of surviving and Bax between solitary and multiple uterine leiomyomas (P〉0.05). Bax expression was negatively correlated survivin expression in uterine leiomyomas (r=0. 893, P〈0. 001). Conclusion Apoptotic regulators survivin and Bax play important roles in the occurrence and development of uterine leiomyomas.
