摘要
以耐磨钢NM600为母材,通过冶炼调制成新型的高碳低合金钢,利用热膨胀试验结合试验钢的组织及性能绘制出该钢的CCT曲线。试验表明,该高碳钢经过冷却其硬度能够达到71 HRC以上,临界冷却速度在5℃/s左右,其内部结构组织几乎全为束状马氏体,其临界淬透深度能够达到35 mm,大大增加了耐磨钢的淬透性,满足了工程上的实际需要,为耐磨钢的生产提供了有效参考。
A new type of high-carbon low-alloy steel was prepared by smelting NM600 as the base material, and the CCT curve of the steel was drawn by thermal expansion test with the microstructure and properties of the test steel. The test results show that the hardness of the steel after cooling can reach above 71 HRC, the critical cooling rate is at 5 ℃/s, the internal structure almost all is beam martensite, the critical quenching depth can reach 35 mm, the hardenability of the wear resistance steel is greatly increased, so as to meet the actual needs of the project.
