脑静脉窦血栓形成的CT与磁共振成像诊断技术 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究颅内静脉窦血栓形成的CT和磁共振成像(MRI)表现及其临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析17例颅内静脉及静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)患者的CT和MRI资料。所有病例均行CT检查后经MRI诊断并经治疗后复查证实。结果 CT表现为脑内静脉窦区等密度影,常规MRI表现为受累静脉窦流空信号消失,静脉窦内信号不一,尤以T2WI为敏感。11例脑实质内出现静脉性脑梗死表现;磁共振静脉成像(MRV)表现为受累静脉窦部分或广泛高血流信号缺失、狭窄。结论 CT与MRI的各种检查技术相结合利于静脉与静脉窦血栓的显示。 【Objective】To study the manifestations, values and clinic correlation of computed tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in diagnosing cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST).【Methods】CT and MRI data of 17 cases of CVST patients were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were diagnosed by MRI manifestations after CT checking and were confirmed through therapy and rechecking.【Results】Cerebral venous antrum density was equal to cerebral parenchyma on CT, manifestation of signal loss disappeared on MRI, especially on T2 WI in CVST.【Conclusion】Various kinds of examination techniques of CT combining with MRI are benefit to display cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, but conventional MRI and magnetic resonance venography(MRV) can be viewed as the primary methods for examining cerebral venous sinus thrombosis because of the high sensitivity.
