摘要
通过建立MOSFET的开关损耗模型,推导出电动汽车双向DC/DC变换器的参数化效率模型,以研究MOSFET参数、开关频率、工作电压和电流等因素对变换器效率的影响。制作双向DC/DC样机,对参数化效率模型进行了实验验证。结果表明,建立的双向DC/DC参数化效率模型仿真结果与实验数据相符,说明该模型可为双向DC/DC的高效率设计和使用提供理论依据。
Based on MOSFET switching loss model established,a parameter model for the efficiency of bidirectional DC / DC converter( Bi-DC / DC) for electric vehicle is created to study the effects of MOSFET parameters,switching frequency,voltage and current on the efficiency of Bi-DC / DC. A prototype of Bi-DC / DC is then built to conduct verification experiments for the efficiency model. The results show that the simulation results with the parameter model for the efficiency of Bi-DC / DC created well agree with that of experiments,demonstrating that the model can provide a theoretical basis for the efficient design and operation of Bi-DC / DC.
