摘要
目的通过回顾某校流行性腮腺炎爆发疫情的处置过程,总结经验和不足,以促进今后工作的开展。方法采用描述流行病学对这起流行性腮腺炎疫情与防治过程进行分析。结果通过隔离治疗病患、全方位持续消毒、细致全面的宣教以及应急接种等综合防控措施的实施,疫情得以较好控制。结论学校发生呼吸道传染病爆发疫情,学校与疾病预防控制机构必须密切合作,校方组织有力,坚决依法执行,全方位综合治理就可以很好的控制疫情。
Objective To review the disposal process of an epidemic outbreak of mumps in a school, summarizethe experience and disadvantages, so as to improve the prevention work in the future. Methods The data of an epidemic situation and prevention of an epidemic outbreak of mumps in a school were collected and analyzed with the descriptive epidemiology method. Results The epidemic outbreak of mumpswas effectively controlled with the comprehensive measures, which included isolation and treatment of the patients, omnibearing and continuous disinfection, careful health education, and emergent vaccination. Conclusion The comprehensive prevention and control measures are effective in the control of epidemic outbreak of respiratory infectious diseases.
