摘要
建立分散液液微萃取-火焰原子吸收光度法测定啤酒中痕量铜的方法 .探讨了分散剂用量、萃取剂用量、pH值、震荡时间、络合剂用量等因素对萃取率的影响.在最佳条件下测定的检出限为6.01μg·L^(-1),回收率在97%-99.5%,线性范围为0.00-4.00μg·mL^(-1).结果发现利用该法测定啤酒中的铜含量令人满意.
A method was developed for the determination of Copperion by dispersive liquid - liquid extraction with flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry . The main factors affecting the extraction efficiency, such as pH value, dispersant - the dosage agent, the amount of complexing agent, the proportion of dispersant, the time of the shock, were studied, the linear range was : 0.00 - 4.00 μg·L-(-1)and The recoveries for the method : 97% -99.5%, and the detection limit was 6.01μg·L-(-1).
