摘要
采用金属配位剂Ni(Ⅱ)-NH3作为衍生剂,与游离氰化物反应生成稳定且具有高紫外吸收值的Ni(CN)42-,使用高效液相色谱-紫外检测法(HPLC-UV)检测游离氰化物。方法的线性范围为0.014-0.540 mg/L,相关系数R2=0.9984,检出限为4.0μg/L。该方法简便快速,抗干扰能力强,灵敏度高,适于食品、环境、生物等样品中游离氰化物的检测。
A new method involving metal-ligand reagent derivatization and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed for the determination of free cyanide in grain and distilled spirit.The free cyanide reacted with Ni(Ⅱ)-NH3 to form a stable and highly UV absorbing tetracyanonickelate anion,and then was determined by HPLC.The calibration curve was linear for CN-in the range of 0.014-0.540 mg/L(R^2=0.9984).The detection limit(S/N=3) was estimated to be 4.0 μg/L for CN^-.This method is simple,rapid,low interference and with high sensitivity, which can be used for the determination of free cyanide in common food, environmental and physiological samples.
