摘要
地方高等学校在制定五年事业发展规划的同时,根据学校发展的战略目标,对其办学定位重新进行审视和讨论是非常有必要的,而办学定位的确立同样对发展规划有着深刻的影响。本文试图通过对发展规划问题表象的探讨找出地方高校发展规划及其办学定位的本质问题,从而提出相应的策略。
According to the strategic targets of school development, it is very necessary for local colleges and universities to examine and discuss the orientation of running schools when theywork out the five-year career development planning. Moreover, the establishment of the school-running orientation also has a＇profound impact on the development planning of the school. This paper attempts to find out the essential problems about the development planning and the school-running orientation, and put forward the corresponding strategies.
