摘要
目的:探讨康复新液治疗小儿手足口病患者的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析125例小儿手足口病患者,分为观察组(使用康复新液治疗65例)和对照组(未使用康复新液治疗60例),两组均给予常规药物治疗,观察组添加康复新液治疗,评判两组患者治疗效果差异。结果:观察组治疗有效率95.4%,对照组治疗有效率81.7%,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者体温恢复时间、口腔疱疹消退时间、手足臀部皮疹消退时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物治疗基础上添加康复新液治疗小儿手足口病患者有着良好的临床效果,患者临床症状改善时间明显缩短,患者住院时间降低且安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of children with HFMD.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 125 cases of children with HFMD was conducted.125 cases of children with HFMD were divided into the observation group（65cases treated with Kangfuxin Liquid）and control group（60cases treated without Kangfuxin Liquid）.All patients of two group received routine medicine treatment,but the patients in observation group were added Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment.Then compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results：The effective rate of observation group was 95.4%,and the effective rate of control group was 81.7%,which the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the body temperature recovery time,the time of oral herpes regression,the regression time of the hands and feet,and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those of control group,which the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：On the basis of routine drug treatment,adding Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of children with HFMD has a good clinical effect,which can shorten patients clinical symptoms significantly,and reduce hospitalization time with high safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
