摘要
边疆民族地区的社会治理是国家治理体系的重要组成部分,但由于历史和地域原因,其社会治理难度较大。地方精神有着科学性、地域性、时代性及群众性的特点和导向、整合、凝聚及教育功能。文章以广西精神为例,从壮大社会治理合力、优化社会治理主体、丰富社会治理资源和破解社会治理难题等四个方面提出如何将地方精神应充分运用到边疆民族地区的社会治理中。
There are vast minority areas in the borderland of China, social governance of which is an important part for the country. Due to a variety of historical and regional reasons, there are a lot of puzzles must be managed. Local spirit has some characteristics as science, region, times and mass, also has some functions as orientation, integration, cohesion and education at same time. Taking Guangxi spirit as an example, this article makes a point that local spirit should be fully used in social governance in frontier minority areas.
