摘要
耐候钢在大气中能形成致密和粘附良好的稳定锈层,因而具有比普通碳钢更好的耐腐蚀性能,将耐候钢应用于输电铁塔是未来防腐蚀技术的重要发展方向。耐候钢在国外已成功应用数十年,包括应用于输电杆塔,在国内的输电铁塔上尚未规模化应用。综述耐候钢的耐蚀机理、影响因素及耐候钢的锈层稳定化处理技术,并总结将耐候钢应用于输电铁塔亟待解决的问题。
The weathering steel has enhanced corrosion resistance for a dense and well-adhering corrosion product layer forms on the surface. The application of weathering steels to transmission towers is an important development direction of corrosion protection. Weathering steels have been applied successfully abroad for decades in transmission towers, but in China, large- scale application of weathering steels to transmission towers has not been achieved. The corrosion resistance mechanism and rust stabilizing techniques are reviewed, and several problems demanding prompt solution are proposed.
