摘要
利用宏观检验、化学成分分析、显微组织检验、力学性能试验、腐蚀产物SEM形貌及能谱分析等试验方法对某500kV输电铁塔塔材腐蚀损伤原因进行了试验分析。结果表明,该段塔材的镀锌防护层并未遭受腐蚀损伤,塔材锈蚀痕迹为附近其他金属部件发生锈蚀后随雨水流至其表面所致。
In this paper,the corroded angle steel used for 500kV transmission tower was investigated by means of macro-morphology inspection,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,scanning electron micrograph analysis,microstructure analysis and energy spectrum analysis.The result showed that the galvanized protective layer of the angle steel was well preserved without corrosion damage,and the corrosion spot on surface of the tower materail was caused by the corrosion of other metal parts nearby and then the rusting outcome flowed with rain water to its surface.
