摘要
目的：观察偏头痛患者发作期和缓解期针刺治疗及预处理的临床疗效。方法：将60例无先兆偏头痛患者随机分为针刺组和药物组各30例。针刺组：急性发作期针刺每日1次,共治疗3日;缓解期针刺隔日1次,共治疗14日。药物组：急性期给予口服麦角胺2 mg,日最大剂量6 mg,共口服3日;缓解期给予口服普萘洛尔10~60 mg/次,2次/日,共口服14日。观察两组急性期及缓解期的临床疗效。结果：急性期针刺组和药物组的总有效率分别为93.33%和90%,两者无统计学差异;缓解期针刺组和药物组的总有效率为86.7%和70%,两组差异有统计学意义。针刺组与药物组不良反应比较有统计学差异。结论：急性期针刺治疗及缓解期预处理对普通型偏头痛的即刻及远期治疗效应明显。针刺预处理可明显缓解偏头痛复发的疼痛程度,减少头痛发作次数及持续时间。针刺组较药物组不良反应更少。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of migraine treated by acupuncture on attack stage,catabasis and preconditioning. Methods： 60 cases with migraine without aura were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a drug control group. In acupuncture group the patients at the attack stage were acupunctured once per day,with the treatment for 3 days. During the catabasis： acupuncture was conducted every other day,with the treatment for 14 days. In drug control group the patients at the attack stage were given ergotamine 2 mg orally,with 6 mg for maximum daily dose for 3 days; patients in catabasis were given propranolol 10 ~ 60 mg per time orally,2 times per day for 14 days. Observe the clinically curative effect of two groups. Results： The total effective rates of acupuncture group and drug control group in attack stage were 93. 33% and 90% respectively with no significant differences,while effective rates in catabasis were 86. 7% and 70%,and the difference was statistically significant. There were significant differences in adverse reactions between the acupuncture group and the drug control group. Conclusion： The immediate and long- term effects of acupuncture at the acute stage and at the remission stage are significant. Acupuncture pretreatment can significantly relieve the pain of migraine recurrence,reduce the frequency and duration of headache attack. There are statistical differences in adverse reactions between the acupuncture group and the drug control group.
