摘要
近年来,国内外关于针刺治疗偏头痛的研究层出不穷,针灸纳入美国相应治疗指南,列人美国医保范畴,中医针灸越来越受到世界的尊重。其中,针灸治疗偏头痛方法众多,相对于西医常用止痛药物而言,具有疗效确切、不良反应少、接受度高等特点。通过总结2008年11月至2018年11月10年间国内外关于针刺治疗偏头痛的文献进行概述和分析,归纳针灸治疗偏头痛的研究进展,以便更好地指导临床及实验研究。
In recent years,there have been numerous articles on acupuncture treatment of migraine at home and abroad.Acupuncture and moxibustion have been included in the relevant treatment guidelines of the United States and included in the scope of American medical insurance.Traditiona Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion have been more and more respected by the world.Particularly,acupuncture and moxibustion have many methods to treat migraine.Compared with commonly used analgesic drugs in western medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion have the characteristics of definite curative effect,small side effects and high acceptability.This paper overviews and analyzes the literature on acupuncture treatment of migraine at home and abroad from November 2008 to November 2018,and summarizes the research progress of acupuncture treatment of migraine,so as to better guide clinical practiceand experimental research.
