广西茶叶中稀土元素含量特征 被引量:2

Content characteristics of rare earth elements in the teas from Guangxi province

摘要 以Rh、In、Re作为内标,用干法处理、湿法消解及微波消解3种方法处理茶叶样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定茶叶中的16种稀土元素的含量。对广西地区2012~2015年4年间共1 748份样品的检测显示,稀土氧化物总量在0~16.1 mg/kg之间,平均值1.038 mg/kg,中位数0.8 mg/kg,整体合格率为95.81%,表明广西茶叶中稀土含量整体还处于可控范围内,但14个地市中监测最低合格率为88%,表明茶叶中稀土超标情况依然存在,本研究可为今后广西茶叶质量的监控提供科学的理论依据。 The teas samples were dissolved with dry ashing, wet digesting and microwave digesting with Rh, In and Re as internal standard. ICP-MS was applied to simultaneously determine the contents of sixteen rare earth elements in teas. 1748 samples from 2012 to 2015 in Guangxi were detected. The total content of rare earth oxide was between 0 - 16.1 mg/kg, and the average value was 1.038 mg/kg and the median was 0.8 mg/kg. The total pass rate was 95.81%. Results showed that rare earth contents in Guangxi were still in controllable range, indicates the situation still exist that rare earth elements contents but the lowest qualified rate of 14 cities was 88%. This exceed the standard. This study will provide scientific theory basis for Guangxi tea quality monitoring.
