摘要
本文通过常规分析方法、生物痕量分析技术及酶活性检测等手段对茶园喷施稀土后的一些生理生化指标进行了分析。结果表明 ,喷施稀土可明显提高叶绿素的含量 ,有利于光合作用 ;增强了谷氨酸脱氢酶 ( GDH)、过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)、过氧化物酶 ( POD)及肽酶 ( PTD)等酶活性 ;提高了茶叶水浸出物含量 ,品质得分高于对照 ;有利于细胞膜的稳定 ,增强了茶树的抗性 ;另外 ,喷施稀土后茶梢中IAA、 GA等含量明显提高 ,这也是稀土对茶叶产量及品质影响的原因之一。
Tea output and quality could be enhanced by spraying rare earths (R. E.) in tea garden, which physiological and biochemical character were analysed by conventional analytical methods, trace bioassay technology and enzymatic activity assay in this paper. Results showed that spraying R. E. could enhance the content of chlorophyll in leaves of tea shoot evidently, which was very benefit to photosynthesis. Spraying R. E. could raise enzymatic activities of GDH、 POD and CAT etc . and increase the content of soluble extraction from the tea in hot water. The tea quality from tea plants sprayed R. E. were better than those of control. The cell membrance stability could be heightened by spraying R. E., therefore the resistibity of tea plant was improved. The hormone contents of IAA、 GA etc. in tea shoots were increased evidently, which is one of reasons why R. E. had the effects increasing tea yield and quality.
