摘要
目的分析中医护理促进脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的临床效果。方法资料选取我院收治的104例脑卒中偏瘫患者予以回顾性分析,设计护理方案时将行常规护理的设为对照组(58例),将行中医护理的设为研究组(46例)。结果研究组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);两组护理后NIHSS与ADL评分均下降,且研究组下降幅度比对照组大(P<0.05)。结论中医护理应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者可有效缓解其负面情绪,并促进其功能康复,进而改善预后质量,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for promoting the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Data of 104 cases cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients were retrospectively analyzed. Patients received routine nursing care as the control group （58 cases） , and patients received TCM nursing were set to the study group （46cases）. Results After nursing, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The NIHSS and ADL scores of the two groups after nursing decreased, and the decline range of the study group was greater than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of TCM nursing care in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia can effectively alleviate the negative emotions, and promote the function recovery, thus improve the quality of prognosis, clinical application and dissemination value.
