摘要
目的：分析品管圈活动在恢复精神科康复患者社会功能中的应用效果。方法抽取80例本院精神科2014年2月至2015年2月期间接收的精神疾病康复期患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将本组患者分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组行常规护理模式，观察组在常规护理的基础上实施品管圈活动，并利用社会功能评定量表（ SSFPI）、焦虑自评量表（ SAS）、抑郁自评量表（ SDS）对两组患者护理前后社会功能、心理状态进行评价，利用精神病理阴性症状量表（ SANS）来评估两组患者护理前后精神病理症状的改善情况。结果两组患者护理后焦虑和抑郁评分、精神病理阳性和阴性症状评分均有所降低，心理状态和精神病理症状有所改善，其中观察组改善更明显（ P〈0.05）；两组患者护理后社会功能各项评分均有所提高，其中观察组提高幅度比对照组更显著（ P〈0.05）。结论品管圈活动能够有效改善精神科康复患者社会功能和精神病理症状、心理状态。
Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle activity on the rehabilitation of the patients with psychiatric. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with psychiatric at the course of recuperation trea-ted in psychiatry department of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the study objects and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random digital table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing, while the observation group were treated with quality control circle activity on the basis of routine nursing care. The scale of social function for psychosis in patients （ SSFPI） , self-rating anxiety scale （ SAS） , and self-rating depression scale （ SDS） were used to evaluate the social function and mental status of patients of the two groups before and after nursing, and the scale for assessment of negative symptoms （ SANS） was used to evaluate the improvement of psychiatric and pathological symptoms of patients of the two groups. Results The scores of anxiety and depression, the positive and negative symptom scores of the patients of the two groups after nursing were decreased, and the mental status and the psychiatric symptoms of the patients were improved, of which the improvement of the observation group were more significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . The scores of social function of patients of the two groups were improved after nursing, and the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Quality control circle activity can effectively improve the psychiatric and pathological symptoms, social function and mental status of the patients with psychiatric at the course of recupera-tion.
