摘要
针对电力系统风险评估当中指标内容单一,无法综合衡量概率事件对系统造成影响,提出了一种涵盖多种风险因素的综合风险指标评估方法。首先,对系统中节点电压偏移、节点频率偏差、线路功率过载、系统负荷损失率及机组出力变化5类主要风险因素进行了量化;其次,利用层次分析方法确定不同评估目的下的综合风险指标判定矩阵;最后,结合量化了的事件可能性,对系统中的实时运行线路进行风险评估。仿真结果表明,综合风险评估指标可以对系统中高风险运行单元进行判断,且可根据运行决策目的进行调整。本文所提方法可为电力系统安全运行提供参考。
Considering that the existing risk assessment methods cannot comprehensively measure the effect caused by probabilistic events due to single index,a comprehensive risk index including multiple factors is proposed. First,the five risk factors including node voltage deviation,frequency deviation,power line overload,system load loss and generator unit output reduction are quantified separately. Second,the judgment matrix of comprehensive risk index for different assessment purposes is given by analytic hierarchy method. Finally,by combining the quantified likelihood of events,the risk of real-time transmission line is assessed. Simulation results show that the comprehensive risk index can effectively identify the operation unit at high risk,and it can be adjusted according to the purpose of operation. The proposed method can provide reference for the security operation of power system.
