摘要
近年来儿童哮喘的患病率有上升趋势，由于其疾病本身病程漫长、反复发作、不可治愈的特点，不仅对哮喘儿童心理、生理产生负面影响，而且对其照顾者及家庭也带来一定的负担。本文通过综述哮喘儿童照顾者的压力及其产生原因，分析目前国内外相关文献的研究现状及其相应的护理干预措施，以期为日后相关研究及护理实践提供理论依据。
Recently,the incidence trend of childhood asthma presented climbing.Because of the long course of disease,recurrent attacks and no cure,asthma brought negative impacts on psychology and physiology in asthma children,and certain burden in caregivers and their family.This article will summarize the research status of national and international literatures and its nursing countermeasures,so as to provide theory for further research and nursing practice.
