基于“痰浊血瘀”病机探讨自噬与动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:28

摘要 自噬是由溶酶体介导的降解胞质内受损的细胞器或蛋白质,以维持生理平衡的过程。自噬能够干预管壁中脂质的沉积与泡沫细胞的形成,减少内皮细胞与平滑肌细胞的凋亡,对动脉粥样硬化(AS)起到保护作用。当自噬受损时,会导致管壁中脂质蓄积的增多及血管壁的损伤,这种病理机制与中医痰浊血瘀在AS中的致病机制相符合。因此,从痰瘀机制探讨细胞自噬在AS中的作用,有助于开辟中西医结合防治AS的新思路。 Autophagy was a metabolic process for the degradation of damaged organelles or proteins in the cytoplasm via the lysosomal system,so as to maintain the physiological balance. Autophagy would reduce lipid deposition and foam cell formation,as well as,protect vascular endothelial cell and smooth muscle cell from apoptosis. A moderate amount of autophagy has a protective effect for atherosclerosis. The autophagy dysfunction might lead to the accumulation of lipid and injury of blood vessel walls,and this pathological mechanism was consistent with the pathogenesis of TCM phlegm-stasis in AS. Therefore,the exploration of the relationship between autophagy and atherosclerosis based on the perspective of phlegm-stasis mechanism might contribute to the new thoughts for prevention and treatment of AS by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
