摘要
对武钢8号高炉高效冶炼实践进行了总结。确立了高炉高效冶炼的原则,即尽可能少的吨铁炉腹煤气量消耗+高的煤气利用率,提出了有效利用好“大富氧+大加湿”产生的炉腹煤气,切实提高炉腹煤气利用率的技术思路。通过高效冶炼试验,8号高炉实现了利用系数2.7、燃料比≤500kg/t的稳定运行。8号高炉高效冶炼的技术要点是:①富氧率提高到8%-12%;②鼓风湿度提高到30g/m3以上;③稳定原燃料质量;④控制合理操作炉型;⑤调整上下部操作制度;⑥利用炉况评估软件精细化调控高炉过程参数。
The paper summarizes the practice of high efficient smelting in WISCO's No. 8 BF and introduces the principle of high efficient BF smelting, i.e. minimized bosh gas consumption and high utilization of gas. Accordingly, a technical solu- tion is put forward for making full use of the bosh gas resulted from increasing oxygen enrichment ratio + increasing the blast humidity. No. 8 blast furnace achieves stable operation with productivity of 2.7 and fuel ratio ~〈 500 kg/t through following practical operations: (1) increasing oxygen enrichment ratio to 8% -12%; (2) increasing the blast humidity to over 30 g/m3 ; (3) stabilizing quality of raw material and fuel; (4) keeping rational operating furnace profile; (5)adjusting operation regulation of furnace top charging and blasting; (6) delicately controlling BF process data by using furnace status evaluation software.
