摘要 亲水作用色谱(HILIC)作为一种分离强极性化合物的液相色谱模式,近年来在药品、食品分析和代谢组学、蛋白质组学研究等领域受到广泛关注,尤其在天然产物极性成分中的研究应用明显增多。本文基于近年来国内外相关文献,对HILIC的固定相、流动相、分离机理及其在天然产物分离分析中的应用进行了综述和展望,并评述了其不足。 Hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography(HILIC) is a kind of liquid chromatography with significantly separation of high polar compounds. In recent years,HILIC attracted more and more concerns in many fields,including drug analysis,food analysis,metabolomics,proteomics,etc. The studies and application in polar natural products were obviously increased. Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,the stationary phase,mobile phase,separation mechanism of HILIC were reviewed. In addition,the progress,deficiencies and prospects in the separation and analysis of natural products were presented and discussed.
