摘要 姜黄属植物因其独特的活性成分广泛的应用于化工、医药领域,除了姜黄素和挥发油是其主要药效成分外,多糖因具有多种生物活性而受到关注,所以本文就姜黄属多糖的提取工艺、分离纯化和含量测定进行系统论述,以期为姜黄属多糖的相关研究提供参考。 Curcuma plants which has unique active ingredients are widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical fields.In addition to curcumin and volatile oil are its main medicinal ingredients,Curcuma polysaccharides have attracted attention due to their various biological activities.In this paper,the extraction,separation and content determination of Curcuma polysaccharides were systematically reviewed to hope to provide reference for related research.
